1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the u888w platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to all Players regardless of the device, browser, or network connection used to access u888w.

3 Eligibility

In addition to the age requirement, you are eligible to use u888w only if all of the following conditions are met:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).

• You are not a current or former employee, officer, director, agent, or contractor of u888w, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or account restriction previously applied to your u888w account.
• You are not accessing u888w on behalf of, or for the benefit of, any third party.
• You have not previously had a u888w account closed or suspended due to a breach of these Terms.

u888w reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or permanently close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed. Verification may require submission of a government-issued Philippine identification document.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

To access real-money gaming services on u888w, you must register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. This includes, at minimum, your Philippine mobile number, a chosen password, and confirmation that you meet the age and eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.

4.2 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active u888w account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, u888w reserves the right to close all but the original account, forfeit any bonuses or winnings accrued across duplicate accounts, and permanently ban the Player from registering again.

4.3 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide truthful and accurate information at all times. Any false, misleading, or incomplete information provided during registration or at any subsequent point — including during identity verification — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

4.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

u888w is required to verify the identity of its Players in compliance with applicable Philippine AML regulations and PAGCOR requirements. You may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed or at any point during your use of the platform:

• A government-issued Philippine identification document (e.g., Philippine Passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, UMID, Driver's License, or PRC ID).
• Proof of current residential address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certification issued within the last three months).

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your u888w account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. u888w strongly recommends that you:

• Never share your login credentials with any other person.

6 Deposits

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

u888w accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based Players:

All deposits are processed and held in Philippine Peso (PHP) within the u888w wallet, unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency deposits which are converted at the prevailing rate at the time of crediting.

6.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically credited to the u888w wallet within seconds of successful payment confirmation. Deposits via bank transfer (BPI, BDO, UnionBank) may take up to one (1) business day depending on the originating bank's processing schedule. 7-Eleven Cliqq and Coins.ph deposits are credited upon confirmation from the respective payment processor.

6.4 Minimum Deposit

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of initiating a deposit in the u888w cashier. u888w reserves the right to update minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time.

6.5 Player-Owned Payment Methods

You may only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits made from payment methods belonging to a third party are prohibited and may result in account suspension, return of funds to the originating account, and forfeiture of any associated winnings.

7 Withdrawals

7.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To request a withdrawal from u888w, your account must have completed KYC verification as described in Section 4.4. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC verification is complete will be held in a pending state until verification is finalized.

7.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

u888w endeavors to process withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya on the same business day for requests received before the daily cut-off time. Withdrawals to Philippine bank accounts (BPI, BDO, UnionBank) are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. USDT TRC20 withdrawals are subject to blockchain confirmation times.

7.3 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method

As a standard anti-money laundering measure, u888w will, where possible, return funds to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. Where this is not technically possible, an alternative verified method registered to the same Player may be used upon successful verification.

7.4 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed within the u888w cashier at the time of requesting a withdrawal. These limits may vary by payment method and may be adjusted by u888w at any time with reasonable notice.

7.5 Withdrawal Restrictions

u888w reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where: (a) the Player's account has not completed KYC verification; (b) there is a pending investigation into the account for suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or AML concerns; (c) the Player has active wagering requirements attached to a bonus that have not yet been met; or (d) the withdrawal request appears inconsistent with the Player's prior deposit and gaming activity.

8 Bonuses and Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Terms

u888w may offer bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, cashback, and other promotional offers to Players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods, which will be communicated clearly at the point of opt-in.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus will be stated clearly in the promotion details. Bets placed on certain games or game categories may contribute less than 100% toward the wagering requirement, as specified in each promotion.

8.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to low-risk betting strategies designed solely to convert bonus funds, use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or coordinating with other Players to exploit promotions — is prohibited. u888w reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend accounts where bonus abuse is identified.

8.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses and free bets that are not claimed or used within the specified validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated or converted to cash. It is the Player's responsibility to review the expiry terms applicable to each promotion before claiming it.

8.5 Right to Withdraw Promotions

u888w reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring any commitments already made to Players who have opted in to the promotion in good faith prior to such modification or withdrawal.

9 Gaming Rules

Each game category available on u888w — including live casino, slots, sports betting, e-sabong, bingo, and crash games — is governed by its own set of rules that are made available within the relevant game or game category. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the specific rules of each game before placing bets.

All game outcomes on u888w that are generated by a Random Number Generator (RNG) are certified for fairness by the relevant game provider. Live dealer outcomes are determined by physical game events conducted in real time by licensed studio operators. u888w does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to do so for certified third-party game content.

In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the game logs and server records maintained by u888w and its game providers shall be the definitive record. 10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on u888w and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

1. Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
2. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
3. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or its games.
4. Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or coordinated cheating with other Players.
5. Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or the platform for financial gain; any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
6. Using the platform in connection with any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
7. Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the u888w platform or its games.
8. Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing conduct toward u888w staff or other Players via any communication channel.
9. Accessing u888w via a VPN, proxy, or other means of IP obfuscation in a manner designed to circumvent geographic restrictions or account controls.
10. Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access or use your u888w account.

Where prohibited conduct is identified, u888w reserves the right to immediately suspend the affected account, void any bets placed in connection with the prohibited conduct, forfeit any associated winnings or bonus funds, and report the conduct to relevant authorities including PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement agencies where appropriate.

11 Responsible Gaming

u888w is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Filipino Players. We recognize that for a small number of individuals, gaming can become problematic, and we take our obligations in this regard seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all u888w account holders at no cost and without judgment:

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the u888w platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, trademarks, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and underlying code — is the intellectual property of u888w or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the u888w platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from u888w; create derivative works based on u888w content; use any u888w trademark or logo without prior written consent; or scrape, index, or systematically extract data from the platform.

Any unauthorized use of u888w intellectual property constitutes an infringement of our rights and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, u888w shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the u888w platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gaming session data or account history due to technical failure.
• Interruption of service due to scheduled or emergency platform maintenance.
• Network connectivity issues attributable to your internet service provider or mobile carrier.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Losses incurred as a result of your gaming decisions, including the outcome of any bet placed on u888w.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit u888w's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The u888w platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While u888w strives to maintain continuous platform availability, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

14 Account Suspension and Termination

14.1 Suspension by u888w

u888w reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the account is being used for fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful purposes; (c) the Player has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; or (d) the Player's gaming behavior suggests problem gambling warranting intervention under our Responsible Gaming obligations.

14.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request closure of your u888w account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your u888w wallet (net of any applicable bonus wagering requirements not yet fulfilled) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable processing period, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC or AML checks.

14.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account termination — whether initiated by u888w or the Player — your access to the platform will be revoked immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including Sections 10, 12, 13, and 16, shall remain in full force and effect following termination.

15 Amendments to These Terms

u888w reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The effective date of the most current version of these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. Where amendments are material — such as changes that affect Player financial rights, eligibility criteria, or dispute resolution procedures — u888w will endeavor to provide at least seven (7) days' prior notice to registered Players via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the u888w platform after any such amendments have taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, your sole remedy is to close your account in accordance with Section 14.2 before the revised Terms take effect.

16 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and your use of the u888w platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of u888w, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of written notice from the aggrieved party, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating specifically to gaming outcomes or account balances, u888w maintains an internal dispute resolution process through its customer support team. Players are encouraged to raise concerns through this channel in the first instance, as the majority of disputes are resolved promptly at this level.
